Exchange policy

No refunds

All sales are final and we don't refund payments, but you can exchange an item on the terms below.

Exchange window

You can ask for an exchange within 48 hours of delivery, for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

What you can exchange for

Any other product of the same or a higher price; you pay the difference. We don't pay back a difference if the new item costs less.

Delivery fees

You pay the delivery for an exchange, unless the item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered: then we cover it and always exchange it.

How to ask for an exchange

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or the chat on our site.
2. Send your order number, the item you want to exchange and the one you want instead.
3. Our team arranges the exchange and the delivery with you.
