Please read these terms carefully before using the Ahmad Izz website or placing an order. Using the site or completing an order means you agree to these terms.

Account & registration

To place orders you need to create an account with a valid phone number, which we confirm with a code sent on WhatsApp. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Products & pricing

All prices are shown in Jordanian Dinar and include only what is stated. Products are subject to stock availability, and prices, descriptions, and images may change without prior notice. Images are for illustration only and colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Orders & payment

Cash on delivery is currently the only payment method available; we never store card payment details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we suspect is fraudulent or in breach of these terms, and we'll notify you if we do.

Delivery

We deliver orders directly to the address you enter at checkout. Delivery fees are calculated based on your area and shown before you confirm your order; estimated delivery times may vary by area and operating conditions. Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.

Exchanges

We don't refund payments. Exchanges are governed by our exchange policy, published on the site, which forms part of these terms.

Reviews & content you post

When you write a review or upload photos with it, you confirm the content is accurate, reflects your genuine experience, and doesn't contain offensive or unlawful material or infringe on anyone else's rights. We reserve the right to review or remove any review that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

All site content — logos, images, text, and design — is owned by or licensed to Ahmad Izz and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to provide an accurate and reliable service, but we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site, and our liability in any case is limited to the value of the order related to the claim. We're not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate any account used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or abusively toward our team or other customers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect once published on this page.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Jordanian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
