Add products to your cart, then check out with your address and phone number. You’ll get a confirmation message and pay in cash on delivery.

We deliver straight to your address anywhere in Jordan — no branch visit needed. Enter your full address at checkout and you’ll see the delivery fee calculated for your area before you confirm; some areas qualify for free delivery over a certain order value.

You’ll find the status of every order under My account → My orders, and we send you an update whenever it changes.

We don't offer refunds, but you can exchange an item within 48 hours of delivery, for any reason, if it's unused and in its original packaging. Swap it for any product of the same or a higher price and pay the difference. Contact us to arrange it. Full details are in our exchange policy.

Cash on delivery is currently available. We never store card details.
